Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days post purchase.
Unfortunately, post 30 days of purchase, no refunds or exchanges are possible. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as was received, and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, there are NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to error by Femme-Fatale_Beauty.
Any item returned more than 30 days post delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the returned item is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent.
Notification of approval/rejection of such refund will be sent as well.
If approved, refund will be processed and credit applied back to the credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If refund has not yet been received, check your bank account first.
- Contact credit card company as refunds take time to process.
- Next contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
- If all fails, and refund has not been received, please contact Femme-Fatale-Beauty at info@femme-fatale-beauty.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Items will only be placed if defective or damaged.
For exchanges for the same item, send an email to service@femme-fatale-beauty.com to coordinate.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly, a gift credit for the value of the return will be issued.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to gift later, Femme-Fatale-Beauty will send a refund notification to the gift giver and gift giver is responsible for notifying the girt receiver.
Shipping
To return a product, contact our customer service at info@femme-fatale-beauty.com.
Customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is received, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the “approved” refund.
Depending on the return location address, the time it may take for the exchanged product to arrive, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Femme-Fatale-Beauty will not guarantee that the returned item will be received.
